SEMI AUTOMATIC SOLUTIONS

SAS 110 (Assembly Station HVR270)

Terminals insertion thru form sleeve detecting orientation required and wire gage to define PN# to be assembled. Engaging the center terminal orientated into the insulator assembly moving the insulators ensuring its locking and verification. Manufacturing logs registration.

SAS 120 (Assembly station HVR45)

Manual dual cable Insertion crimped terminal wires thru end cap, cable seal, form seal and finishing inserted at inner connector. Since terminals already cripped at wire, solutions open the seal allowing terminal insertion without damage those. Components and wire terminal orientation detection, color discrimination and verification of right wire insertion into its way. Manufacturing logs registration.

SAS 130 (Assembly station HVU48)

Manually dual cables insertion thru cable seal, seal holder and holding cap, to assure proper sequence. Cables detections at correct way by conductivity test and color sequence discrimination. All components detections are made by non-contact sensors. Harness release once all steps and verifications performed. Manufacturing logs registration.

SAS 140 (Assembly bench HVU50) Manual

Manual four cables insertion thru cable seal, seal holder and holding cap, to assure proper sequence. Cables detections at correct way by conductivity test and color sequence discrimination. All components detections by non-contact sensors. Harness release once all steps and verifications performed. Manufacturing logs registration.
